POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY —

— Late cancellations or reschedulings made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% nonrefundable fee of the service total.

— Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% nonrefundable fee of the service total.

NO SHOW POLICY —

No-shows will result in a 100% non-refundable fee of the service total and further booking is prohibited.

LATE POLICY —

If 15 minutes or more pass without notice (i.e. text or phone call), it will be considered a no-show and the client will be subject to paying the no-show fee in full & rescheduling of the appointment will be necessary.

SAME DAY SERVICE CHANGE POLICY —

In the event there is a change to the scheduled service the day of, without 24 hour notice the client is responsible for the entirety of the cost of the scheduled service.  

CARD POLICY —

A card on file is required to hold any + all appointments with Alessandra. IF card is declined upon being charged for a fee + said fee IS NOT PAID IN FULL all appointments will be cancelled + future bookings will not be permitted.

**card information will only be accepted over Square or in person. No text, no screenshots, no photos of any sort regarding personal card information please. This is to protect all parties.**

REDUND POLICY — All services are nonrefundable under any circumstance.

DEPOSIT POLICY — All deposits, if required prior to service, are nonrefundable.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY — adjustments to rendered services are applicable within one week of the completion of the initial appointment. The adjustment appointment does not include services that were NOT discussed in the initial consultation. Adjustment appointments are void if client sees another stylist, the client’s hair comes in contact with any chemicals outside of the salon, or the client attempts to alter the hair at home either by themselves or by another nonprofessional, if client fails to follow any at-home haircare instructions provided by Alessandra, or client is not using professional products at home, or if client contacts Alessandra regarding their concerns after one week from initial appointment.
